The message means just what it says. Your Blogger blog is not currently eligible to use AdSense. Your blog is pretty new and doesn't have much content yet. It may eventually become eligible after your blog is more established.
cant click on sign up for adsense tab , it is disabled. Now Adsene Lovers faced new issue from blogger. in earning tab , cant sign up for adsense .
i think for covering this problem just do it . Again you blog only seems to be a month old and depending where you are applying from it may need to be active for over 6 months. Posts also require "Substantial Unique Text Content" as AdSense is a contextual ad service. The posts you have with only images will appear virtually empty to AdSense. You also need to read through the "family friendly" policies as some of your postswill probably fall fowl of that. Finally you should ensure that you own the copyright of any images you use or you have permission from the original copyright owner.your only option is to get your blog into compliance with AdSense policy, including substantial original content.
